Invoice Tracker is operated by Sharemo Technologies Sdn. Bhd. ("we", "our", or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, access, and protect information when you use our application hosted at:

1. Overview

Invoice Tracker is a productivity application that allows users to manage invoices and client records using their own Google account. All invoice and client data is stored within the user's own Google account (Google Sheets and Google Drive).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.

2. Information We Access

When you connect your Google account, we request access to:

• Google Sheets – to create, read, and manage spreadsheets used for invoice and client data.
• Google Drive (drive.file scope) – limited access to files created or opened by this application.

We do NOT request access to your entire Google Drive. We do NOT access Gmail, Contacts, Photos, or any unrelated Google services.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used strictly to:

• Create and manage invoices
• Store and retrieve client records
• Generate exports (CSV / PDF)
• Improve user experience and application functionality

We do not analyze your invoice content for advertising or profiling purposes.

4. Data Storage

All invoice and client data is stored in your own Google account (Google Sheets / Google Drive). We do not permanently store your business data on our servers.

We may store minimal technical data (such as authentication state or configuration settings) necessary for application functionality.

5. Google API Services Disclosure

Invoice Tracker's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.

We only use Google user data to provide and improve application features. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the service.

6. Data Sharing

We do not:

• Sell your data
• Share your data with advertisers
• Transfer your data to unrelated third parties

Data may only be processed by trusted infrastructure providers such as Firebase Hosting (Google Cloud) solely for delivering the application.

7. Security

We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect data access and authentication. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Revoking Access

You may revoke Google access at any time by:

• Disconnecting Google inside the application, or
• Removing the app from your Google Account permissions page.

After revocation, the application will no longer have access to your Google data.

9. Data Retention

Since invoice and client data are stored within your own Google account, you retain full control and ownership of your data.

We do not retain copies of your invoice or client records after access is revoked.

10. International Users

Our services are accessible worldwide. By using the application, you consent to the processing of data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by revising the effective date at the top of this page.
