These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Invoice Tracker, operated by Sharemo Technologies Sdn. Bhd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), available at:

By accessing or using the application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

1. Description of Service

Invoice Tracker is a digital productivity tool that allows users to create, manage, and export invoices and client records using their own Google account.

The application integrates with Google Sheets and Google Drive to store and manage user data.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using the application, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Account & Google Integration

To use certain features, you must connect your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account.

We only access files and spreadsheets created or used by this application. You may revoke access at any time via your Google Account permissions.

4. License

Upon purchase or access, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Invoice Tracker for personal or business purposes.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Modify or create derivative works for commercial resale
• Use the software for unlawful activities

5. Payments & Refunds

If purchased through third-party platforms such as Gumroad or Etsy, all payments and refunds are subject to the policies of those platforms.

We do not process payments directly. Refund eligibility is governed by the marketplace through which the product was purchased.

6. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of your invoices
• Compliance with tax laws
• Accounting and regulatory obligations
• Backing up your own data

Invoice Tracker does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice.

7. No Professional Advice

The application is provided for organizational and productivity purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or legal services.

8. Data Storage

All invoice and client data is stored within your own Google account. We do not permanently store your business data on our servers.

You retain full ownership of your data.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sharemo Technologies Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses
• Lost profits
• Business interruption
• Data loss
• Accounting or tax errors
• Indirect or consequential damages

Your use of the application is at your own risk.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sharemo Technologies Sdn. Bhd. from any claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activity.

13. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the application, including software design, branding, and content, remain the exclusive property of Sharemo Technologies Sdn. Bhd.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
